Remember. I AM A HUMAN BEING, not an automated art machine. I suffer from clinical depression and anxiety and this can affect my process. I do my best to keep my work flow stable and steady, but I do have my moments of weakness just like anyone else.

Also, If you deliberately misgender me, be rude, unreasonable, demanding, etc. , I have every right to deny your commission/ refund you, and block you. I will not tolerate any sort of hate while offering you a service.

GENERAL TOS

• If you want a commission from me, please check my FA, DA, or even Instagram if I am open for the commission you desire! I should normally be open for digital art commissions, but always keep an eye open for my status before contacting! 

• If I am open, great! If you wish you commission me, contact me through Notes of FA or DA to discuss further details! 

• If the piece you want from me is a CLEAN piece. PLEASE SEND ME A CLEAN REF! I'll only take NSFW references if I'm doing NSFW art for you!

• NO NSFW WORK FOR ANYONE UNDER 18! No exceptions. I have the right to ask for proof of your age if anyone commissions NSFW artwork from me

• On the subjects of refs, the references you send me have to be clear views of your sona! 2-3 views of them are the best! Remember, I can only draw what I can see! 

• Quotes I give are valid within 30 days of me giving the quote! This goes for both art and fursuits! When your quote expires after 30 days, you can ask for another.

• I have every right to deny your commission if it goes against my beliefs or morals.

•  If you ask for a refund BEFORE I start, you have every right to get your money back. Times I will not send a refund is if I have started on the piece already! 

• When it comes to NSFW content, I will draw gore (to the best of my ability), tasteful nudity, porn, and various other nsfw content. I WILL NOT however draw certain fetishes I am not comfortable with which are, but not limited to: scat, vomit, diapers, cubs, underage characters (even if they are aged up, no exceptions), characters that you do not have the consent to get lewd art of with, copyrighted characters, etc. 

• PLEASE DO NOT RUSH ME. I understand you might be eager to see your piece be done, but I am not a machine! Art takes time and might go through several drafts before I get to a product I believe will work for you! You may ask for updates though, but please. Art cannot be made within a snap of a finger. Things take time to look great <3 

 

ADOPTABLE TOS

• You CANNOT resell the character you bought for more than what you paid for them unless you've gotten additional art of them.

• You may not make MAJOR design changes. Minor are allowed! If you're not sure, don't be afraid to nudge me about it!

• You MUST give credit to me for the original design. This is a character you bought from ME. In no way shape or form was it something you made unless it was a custom adopt made for you.

• Alot of the time, I will make adopts with lines made by other artist. The design of the adopt itself is made by me, but I will never take credit for the lines themselves! 

• When you purchase an adopt from me, you'll receive and unmarked version of the picture shown and also 10% discounts on art pieces if you commission me with the same character! 

 

AUCTION TOS

• ONLY SERIOUS BIDDERS ARE ALLOWED TO BID! PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY! 

• No Snipping! If this occurs within the last 30 minutes, the Auction will be extended! 

• No private bids! 

• If the auction is NSFW related, No bidders under the age of 18.

• Depending on how high the bid went to, The winner must pay withing either 24 hours or 48 hours of the Auction ending before I would repost the auction.

• If it's a physical item being bid for, the winner has to pay for shipping as well and must be comfortable giving me their address.

 

FURSUIT TOS

• Fursuit quotes are valid for only 30 days of receiving the quote! If you commission me after the 30 day period, the price may be different!

• Before sending a down payment, I will ask for a picture of you and your ID together to ensure you are 18+

• I WILL NOT MAKE FURSUITS FOR ANYONE UNDER 18.

• Down payment for most projects (ei, heads, partials, etc.) is a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE payment that covers materials. This 30% is nonrefundable if a refund is required at some point. 

• I WILL NOT WORK ON A PROJECT UNTIL IT IS 90% PAID FOR. If you'd like your suit in time for a convention, please keep this in mind!

• I am willing to work out payment plans! Remember, no work starts on your suit until 90% of the total cost is paid for! Payment plans start as low at $100 a month after the initial down payment!

• Completion dates will vary between projects.

• I can do con deliveries if we happen to be going to the same con and it's done in time!

• Once the suit is completed, the commissioner also pays for shipping! Keep this in mind as I am shipping from the USA! 

• MY WORK SPACE IS MY BEDROOM! I have very limited space to work in and i have a bad legs so work might be slow at times if my body is acting up. I AM HUMAN

• TELL ME IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES! I own a very very dusty cockatiel and a cat that loves to lay on fur if i look away for 0.5 seconds! I will try my best to keep my animals away from my materials, but they always find a way to them.

• IF YOU INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE YOUR SUIT I MADE FOR YOU, I WILL NOT HELP REPAIR IT. If you suit get a tear from normal ware and tear, I'll be more than happy to help! Depending on the damage, I may or may be able to guide you to help fix it or have it be sent back to me for repair! Repairs from unintentional damage will be free for the first 2 months!

• I WILL NOT MAKE A SUIT IN ANOTHER MAKERS STYLE. YOU WANT A SUIT IN SOMEONE ELSE'S STYLE? COMMISSION THEM

• I am not responsible if your suit in shipping gets lost or stolen. Im incredibly sorry if this does occur though.

• I reserve the right to refund a commission if the customer is being pushy, rude, demanding, or unreasonable. 

• I do not give refunds once the suit is over 75% completed, finished, packaged, and/or shipped.

 

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HAVE AGREED TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU GO AGAINST ANY OF MY RULES, I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DENY/ REFUND YOUR COMMISSION AND BLOCK YOU FROM COMMISSIONING FOR ME
